• The User undertakes not to use the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Both parties are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the collaboration.

3. Limitation of Liability

LBEA services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the results of the analyses will always be 100% accurate or that they will generate profits. LBEA assumes no liability for financial losses or business decisions made based on information provided through the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

4. Payment and Cancellation Terms

Specific payment terms, including prices, billing, and payment cycles, are detailed in the individual contract or on the Services page. Cancellation of a service can be made according to the terms stipulated in the contract. No refunds are granted for services already fully rendered.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately, without prior notice, in case a violation of these terms is found. The User may terminate the use of services at any time by notifying us in writing.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page, indicating the date of the last revision. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
